Culture Consultant Sally Fort has written an amazing evaluation report for our programmes with children and young people – Harmonise, Syria Summer Camp, Everyday People – over the last three years.
Sally examines how these programmes support young safety seekers wellbeing and musical development, create a specialised and diverse musician workforce, and create change in the sector to make music activity more inclusive so everyone can access it.
“It offers space for children and young people from all cultures to listen and hear one another, to share ideas and make something bigger and better than any of them could create alone.” – Sally Fort, Culture Consultant
The report was created for Youth Music, a key funder of our programmes with children and young people 2020-2023.
“I enjoyed reading the outcome report which painted a really clear picture of the positive impact the project had for the children, young people, artists and musicians. The case studies were great to read, and paint a powerful picture of how the project has supported them. I thought the report was strong in the reflective approach you used. For example, the way you combined observations of impact with reflections about key learning points from this worked really well.” – Youth Music
