We’re looking for music facilitators!

Thank you so much for your interest in joining our team here at Music Action! We appreciate your passion for music and your desire to make a difference in the lives of those affected by conflict and displacement.

At this moment, we are only seeking new facilitators to join our delivery team from refugee / safety seeker heritage or lived experience, Roma background and/or musicians who are already experienced facilitators, to ensure a deep understanding of the communities we serve. We are also interested in hearing from volunteers who would like to support our staff team with admin, marketing and fundraising.

If you’re interested please complete the application form, and we’ll be in touch to let you know if there’s a suitable opportunity, we’re a small team so please bear with us. If you prefer to talk to us about your experience instead of completing this form, please email hello@musicaction.org and request a phone conversation or meeting.

We currently deliver the following programmes within the NW, London and SE, as well as a number of live events nationally throughout the year:

CRISIS CHOIRS: singing sessions with newly arrived refugees and safety seeker adults in drop-in centres
HARMONISE: creative programmes in schools for refugee and local children to create & perform music in different languages together
EVERYDAY PEOPLE: teenage safety seekers here without family create original music with an important message
STONE FLOWERS: torture survivors living here who are often without family
