Francess Kamara is a poet, film maker and a graphic designer, who was born in the Northern province of Sierra Leone in Makeni. Francess is a triplet who was turned out of her uncle’s home at the age of eight because of superstition when her two sisters died. She is presently studying filmmaking and creative writing at WAYout and she is also facilitating music at the female correctional centre.
